1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Sushi Meets Dumplings website and ordering service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Sushi Meets Dumplings provides an online ordering platform for school lunch delivery services. We deliver fresh meals to participating primary schools in Christchurch, New Zealand on specified days.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Orders must be placed by 11:00 PM the night before the delivery date.
3.2 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
3.3 Payment is currently processed via weekly invoice. Online payment options will be available in the future.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Order Modifications and Cancellations
4.1 You may edit or cancel orders up until 9:00 AM on the delivery date.
4.2 Orders cancelled after the cutoff time may not be eligible for a refund.
4.3 We are not responsible for orders that cannot be modified due to technical issues on your end.
5. Delivery
5.1 Meals are delivered directly to the specified school during lunchtime.
5.2 Delivery is only available on designated days for each school.
5.3 We do not deliver during school holidays or non-term dates.
5.4 We are not responsible for orders not received by students due to absence or incorrect information provided.
6. Food Safety and Allergies
6.1 We take food safety seriously and follow all health and safety regulations.
6.2 While we accommodate dietary requirements where possible, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
6.3 It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.
6.4 We are not liable for allergic reactions or foodborne illnesses resulting from failure to disclose dietary information.
7. User Accounts
7.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
7.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
7.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Sushi Meets Dumplings and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sushi Meets Dumplings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products.
10. Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
