Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply register for an account, add your child's details, select your child's school, choose a delivery date, and add items to your cart. You can also order as a guest without creating an account.

What is the order cutoff time?

Orders must be placed by 8:00 AM on the day of delivery. For example, for a Thursday delivery, you must order by Thursday at 8 AM.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Yes! You can edit or cancel your order up until 8 AM on the day of delivery. Simply go to your dashboard and click the "Edit" or "Cancel" button next to the order.

Can I repeat a previous order?

Absolutely! Click the "Repeat Last Order" button on your dashboard to quickly reorder the same items from your most recent order.

When are orders delivered?

Delivery days vary by school:

  • Somerfield: Thursday & Friday
  • Thorrington: Thursday & Friday
  • Beckenham: Thursday only

What about school holidays?

We do not deliver during school holidays. Our system automatically blocks ordering for dates outside of term time.

How does my child receive their order?

Orders are delivered directly to the school and distributed to students during lunchtime. Make sure your child's name and class are correct when ordering.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

Currently, we invoice orders monthly via email. Payment instructions are included in your invoice. Online payment integration is coming soon in Phase 2!

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel your order before the cutoff time (8 AM on the day of delivery), you will not be charged. For cancellations after the cutoff, please contact us directly to discuss refund options.

Dietary Requirements

Do you cater to allergies and dietary restrictions?

Yes! When adding a child's profile, you can specify dietary notes and allergies. Please be as detailed as possible. If you have specific concerns, contact us before ordering.

Are there vegetarian options?

Absolutely! We offer vegetarian sushi, vegetarian dumplings, and other plant-based options.

Account & Support

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can place orders as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save child profiles, view order history, and use features like "Repeat Last Order."

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page, and we'll send you a password reset email.
